Abstract
The invention discloses a rosin-based small molecular hydrogel agent and supramolecular hydrogel formed by the rosin-based small molecular hydrogel agent, and belongs to the fields of supramolecular chemistry, surfactant science and rosin chemical utilization. The rosin-based small molecular hydrogel agent can gelatinize water at very low concentration, and its critical gelation concentration is only 0.176 wt%. On the average, each gel molecule can hold 13889 water molecules and show very high gelation ability. The small molecular hydrogel agent exhibits strong stability, as 6-dehydroabietylamide-N, N-dimethyl-hexyl amine oxide molecules form a left-handed helical fiber structure with a diameter of about 10 nm through self-assembly. Fiber are interwined to form a three-dimensional networkstructure, water molecules are fixed through capillary action, surface tension and the like, and then the stable hydrogel is formed. The supramolecular hydrogel is derived from rosin as a natural product, has mild properties and can be applied to the fields of drug sustained release, tissue engineering, daily chemicals, pharmaceuticals and the like.
