Abstract

The invention relates to a responsive amphiphilic block copolymer and a preparation method thereof and belongs to the technical field of functional high polymer materials. According to the preparationmethod, the raw material, namely 3-hydroxycinnamic acid (3HCA), is subjected to condensation polymerization to prepare poly(3-hydroxycinnamic acid) (P3HCA) homopolymers with different molecular weight, and terminals of molecular chains of the homopolymers are subjected to acylating chlorination; further, by means of a chain transfer radical polymerization method, poly(N-isopropylacrylamide) (PNIPAAm) and poly[2-(Dimethylamino)ethyl methacrylate] (PDMAEMA) with hydroxy blocked are prepared; finally, P3HCA which is treated with acylating chlorination and PNIPAAm or PDMAEMA with hydroxy blockedare subjected to reaction to prepare the block copolymer of poly(3-hydroxycinnamic acid)-b-poly(N-isopropylacrylamide) (P3HCA-b-PNIPAAm) and poly(3-hydroxycinnamic acid)-b-poly[2-(Dimethylamino)ethylmethacrylate] (P3HCA-b-PDMAEMA). The copolymer is amphiphilic, photo-responsive and temperature-responsive, has good structural stability and biocompatibility, and can be applied to the fields of drugcontrolled release, tissue engineering and agriculture and the like.
