23 Jul Resistance key gene BmPGRP2 of silkworm to nuclear polyhedrosis virus and application thereof
Abstract
The invention relates to the field of biological genetic engineering, in particular to a resistance key gene of silkworm as well as a recombinant plasmid containing a resistance gene of the silkworm to the nuclear polyhedrosis virus. The resistance key gene of the silkworm to the nuclear polyhedrosis virus is shown as SEQIDNO:1. The recombinant plasmid can play a key action for regulating and controlling the resistance to the nuclear polyhedrosis virus; by homologous comparison, the gene is found to be a novel gene; a period tissue expression spectrum of the gene is detected by RT-PCR (Reverse Transcriptase-Polymerase Chain Reaction) and quantitative PCR; the detection result shows that the expression of the gene is very low; a transgenic interference vector is constructed by taking a specific sequence of the gene as an interference target for researching the function of the gene; a transgenic positive individium is obtained by screening through transgenic microinjection; and the resistance of the silkworm to the BmPGRP2 virus is remarkably improved by taking the gene as a transgene of the interference target, which explains that the gene is a key gene influencing the resistance of the silkworm to the virus, so that the gene has important value in the research and application of transgenic disease resistant breeding of the silkworm.
