Abstract

The invention discloses a regenerating method for adventitious buds of Fujian cerasus campanulata. The method comprises the following steps: cotyledons of mature germs of the Fujian cerasus campanulata are used as explants, the adventitious buds are generated through induction, elongation cultivation is performed on the adventitious buds, rooting cultivation is performed to obtain rooting seedlings, seedling exercising is performed, and domestication is performed to obtain seedlings of the Fujian cerasus campanulata. The regenerating method for the Fujian cerasus campanulata disclosed by the invention is established, the induction rate of the adventitious buds is up to 70%, and the survival rate is 95%; the operation steps are simple and easy to implement, the difficult problem of regeneration of the adventitious buds of the Fujian cerasus campanulata is solved, and an induction survival rate is high; regeneration time of plants is greatly shortened, and a regeneration cycle of the Fujian cerasus campanulata is shortened to 60-90 days; and the method disclosed by the invention can be used for establishment of a system of genetic transformation, facilitates genetic improvement of the Fujian cerasus campanulata, has great significance for tissue culture rapid propagation, genetic engineering breeding and research of the Fujian cerasus campanulata, and has broad application prospects.
