Abstract
The present invention relates to a carrier of an anionic material based on reduced graphene oxide, and a method for preparing the same, wherein a carrier of an anionic material (gene, protein, drug, biomolecule, or the like) produced according to the present invention has a hydrophilic polymer and a cationic polymer which are chemically bonded to reduced graphene oxide, so that the hydrophilic polymer serves to provide dispersibility in an aqueous solution state, and the cationic polymer plays a role of ion binding with an anionic substance. Thus, the present invention is useful not only in basic studies related to gene/protein expression and cell signal delivery but also in various medical industries such as drug delivery, cell imaging, photothermal therapy, biosensors, tissue engineering, and the like.
