Abstract
The invention discloses recombined ternary fused collagen and application thereof, and belongs to the field of genetic engineering. The recombined ternary fused collagen comprises recombined quasi-man collagen and novel lactobionic acid with the mass ratio of 25-35%. The recombined quasi-man collagen is formed by fusing of quasi-man collagen and 3GF growth factors, and comprises a first region and a second region. The first region has at least 80% of sequence homologous with the quasi-man collagen, and the second region has at least 80% of sequence homologous with each human cell growth factor. Connection peptides are arranged between the first region and the second region. The recombined ternary fused collagen is more easily absorbed by human bodies than conventional quasi-man collagen. The fused collagen is absorbed quickly and thoroughly, and can promote metabolism of the human bodies, promote wound healing and tissue repairing, remove yellowness, tender skin and improve chromatosis such as chloasma and freckles, wrinkles and skin color effect, thereby being an innovative novel fused collagen with comprehensive functions.
