The preparation process includes the main steps of: reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction to obtain the whole sequence and partial sequence of required anti-human TNF alpha gene engineering antibody; gene engineering measure to obtain the recombined expressed product of anti-human TNF alpha gene engineering antibody; and purification of the product to obtain recombined anti-human TNF alpha gene engineering antibody with high activity. The antibody of presentinvention has the functions of neutralizing TNF alpha toxicity and protecting tissue.
