Abstract

The invention provides a recombinant human SOD (superoxide dismutase)-growth factor fusion protein and a preparation method and application thereof. The recombinant human SOD-growth factor fusion protein consists of a first region and a second region, wherein the first region at least has 85% of sequence homology with human SOD; the second region at least has 85% of sequence homology with human growth factor; a connecting peptide (GGGGS)n is arranged between the first region and the second region; n is equal to 1 to 5, preferably 3. The invention also relates to a nucleotide sequence for coding the fusion protein, and a recombinant cell carrying the nucleotide sequence. The recombinant human SOD-growth factor fusion protein has the advantages that at the premises of no change of characteristics of the fusion protein, the substitution, deletion or addition of individual amino acid residues is performed; the characteristics of human SOD and human growth factor are simultaneously realized; after the proper auxiliary materials are compounded, the recombinant human SOD-growth factor fusion protein can be further prepared into semi-solid preparations of freeze-drying powders, nanometer microspheres, nanometer lipidosomes, aqueous agents, gels and the like, and can be used as an active additive to be applied to the fields of tissue engineering, medicines, face beautifying and skin care.
