23 Jul REAGENT FOR COAGULATION INSPECTION AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREFOR
Abstract
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To build a production system capable of satisfying the productivity, such as cost and amount of production, without affecting the coagulation activity in producing a tissue factor using a genetic engineering method, and to provide a reagent for coagulation inspection that uses a recombinant tissue factor, and to provide its manufacturing method. ;SOLUTION: The reagent for coagulation inspection contains complex of phospholipid and the recombinant tissue factor obtained by the genetic engineering method that uses an insect or insect incubation cell as a host, and soluble component originating from the insect or insect incubation cell. Since the soluble component originating from the host does not affect the coagulation activity, purification process in the manufacturing method of the reagent can be simplified. ;COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
