Rat pancreatic duct epithelioid stem cell system

Rat pancreatic duct epithelioid stem cell system

Abstract

The invention relates to a rat pancreatic duct epithelioid stem cell system, and belongs to the field of animal cell (tissue) engineering. The rat pancreatic duct epithelioid stem cell is from a pancreatic duct tissue of a normal adult rat, can achieve clonal growth if being cultured in vitro, and has multi-lineage differentiation potential, specifically, the cell adherent culture is polygonal epithelioid, a cell nucleus is circular or elliptic, and 1-3 nucleoluses grow in the cell nucleus; cells achieve clonal growth, the cells grow slowly after being inoculated in the first to second days and achieve logarithmic growth in the 3-6th days, and the multiplication capacity begins to reduce in the 7th day; the cells are normal diploid cells, and the chromosome number is 2n=42; a proliferating cell nuclear antigen, an octamer transcription factor 4, stem cell key protein, keratin 19 and a neurogenic differentiation factor 2 are expressed on a protein expression level; the rat pancreatic duct epithelioid stem cell system has multi-lineage differentiation potential and is differentiated into neural cells, adipose cells and osteoblasts by virtue of directional induction in vitro; and the rat pancreatic duct epithelioid stem cell system has no tumorigenicity.
