Abstract
The invention discloses rare earth-nucleoside white-light hydrogel as well as a preparation method and an application. The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) preparing a soluble rare earth nitrate solution, a nucleoside aqueous solution and a fluorochrome aqueous solution; (2) uniformly mixing the soluble rare earth nitrate solution, the nucleoside aqueous solution and the fluorochrome aqueous solution, adjusting pH to 7-9, heating the mixture to react, cooling a product to the room temperature, and leaving the product to stand to obtain the rare earth-nucleoside white-lightemission hydrogel. Used raw materials are low in cost, operation is simple and repeatability is good; the obtained rare earth-nucleoside white-light hydrogel has stable white light, has response to multiple external stimulations (temperature, pH, ions and small biological molecules), and can be applied to assembly of sensors for temperature, pH, ions and small biological molecules, cell culture,tissue engineering and assembly lighting display materials.
