Abstract
The invention relates to a rapid propagation method of amorphophallus bulbifer through tissue culture and belongs to the technical field of plant cell engineering. The method includes steps of vaccine culture, embryoid induction, seedball induction and seedball mature culture. According to the method, induction development and growth ways of explants are changed through the tissue culture technique, the growth and development way is induced to turn from an organ generation way to an embryoid generation way through addition of corresponding growth regulators, and a lot of mature amorphophallus bulbifer seedballs are obtained through in vitro culture directly. The method has the advantages that the sexual propagation coefficient of the amorphophallus bulbifer is high, the propagation cycle is short, the quality is not easy to degrade, the transplanting process of tissue culture seedlings is simple, in vitro tubers are not prone to diseases and easy to germinate, and a practical technique is provided for factorized rapid production of the amorphophallus bulbifer seedballs.
