Abstract
The invention discloses a rapid propagation method for the xanthoceras sorbifolia bunge tissue during culturing, and aims to solve problems about low germination rate, low grafting survival rate and difficulty in cutting rooting of the xanthoceras sorbifolia bunge by a plant cell engineering technology are solved. According to the method, xanthoceras sorbifolia bunge test-tube plantlets with excellent characteristics required by people are obtained in a short time. With xanthoceras sorbifolia bunge embyos as explants, rapid propagation for the xanthoceras sorbifolia bunge tissue during culturing is realized by callus induction, subculture, adventitious shoot differentiation, rooting culture, acclimatizating and transplanting of the test-tube plantlets and other phases; a large amount of high-quality and vigorous seedlings are provided for vigorously developing large-scale planting of the xanthoceras sorbifolia bunge; besides, experiment materials are provided for research on genetic engineering of the xanthoceras sorbifolia bunge, such as genetic transformation and the like.
