Abstract
The invention relates to a rapid preparation method of silk fibroin protein gel. According to the rapid preparation method, silk fibroin fiber obtained via degumming is subjected to dissolving treatment, and a regenerated fibroin protein solution is obtained via dialysis; a pH conditioning agent is added into the regenerated fibroin protein solution of a certain concentration to adjust the pH value; and finally, the silk fibroin protein gel with excellent mechanical properties is formed under weak electric field conditions. According to the rapid preparation method, no cross-linking agent is added, the adaptability is high, and defects of conventional fibroin gel such as fragility, low strength, and short gel moulding time are avoided. The obtained silk fibroin protein gel can be used for blocking, sealing, and stopping bleeding in the fields such as tissue engineering and medical treatment and public health.
