Abstract
The invention provides a rapid preparation device for a directional biological micro-nano fiber stent and a preparation method of the micro-nano fiber stent, and belongs to the field of biological material and tissue engineering. The device comprises a high-pressure power source, a receiving device, a pair of cavity tubes, a base and a rotary motor. The cavity tubes are fixed to the base; an output shaft of the rotary motor is connected with the base; the cavity tubes of hollow cylindrical structures are arranged in the receiving device; spray holes are formed in the outer side walls of the cavity tubes; one of the cavity tubes is filled with an electro-spinning stock solution, and the other cavity tube is filled with a cell/growth factor stock solution; the negative pole of the high-pressure power source is connected with the receiving device; the positive pole of the high-pressure power source is electrically connected with the electro-spinning stock solution and the cell/growth factor stock solution respectively. The rapid preparation device and the preparation method have the advantages that a large quantity of high-directivity biological stents can be generated rapidly at one step, and functionality, directivity and yield of electrostatic spinning can be improved effectively, thereby having potential application in tissue engineering and bionic engineering.
