Abstract
The invention relates to a rapid agrobacterium-mediated transgenic method comprising the following steps of: (1) cultivating an experimental material; (2) preparing an agrobacterium to engineering bacterium conversion liquid; (3) pre-treating the experimental material; (4) dipping and dyeing an agrobacterium; (5) screening resistant calli; (6) screening resistant sprouts; and (7) authenticating a transgenic plant. The invention aims to provide a transgenic method for a dicotyledonous plant living body under a natural environment; and by using the method, the transgenic plant can be rapidly obtained, and the genetic engineering of the plant can be improved. The method can be used for avoiding inducing calli and adverse variation caused in callus cultivation and obtaining the transgenic plant within a short time, and is simple in operation and low in cost. The method breaks through the limit of plant tissue cultivation, has no dependence on a plant gene type, and is simple in operation, short in working period, low in cost, capable of carrying out plant transgenic operation in a large scale under a natural condition, and suitable for dicotyledonous plants easy to form calli, such as tomatoes, peppers and the like.
