Abstract
The invention provides a quick-change type multi-station 3D printing spray head based on a low-temperature colloidal biological material and belongs to the field of tissue engineering technologies and biological 3D printing. According to the quick-change type multi-station 3D printing spray head based on the low-temperature colloidal biological material, quick change of a nozzle among three stations is achieved through mutual movement among a material storage cylinder and a feeding/discharging cylinder, materials on the idle station are stored in the material storage cylinder, the materials enter the feeding/discharging cylinder through small holes in the lower portion of the feeding/discharging cylinder during the extrusion forming process, printing forming is achieved through a needle head, the materials on the material injection station enter the material storage cylinder through small holes in the upper portion of the feeding/discharging cylinder, and quick supplementing of the materials is completed. The quick-change type multi-station 3D printing spray head has the beneficial effects that for the type of the 3D printing spray head, liquid substances such as aqueous solutions, colloid and paste can be prepared; and multiple storage cylinders can be arranged on a printer, quick change among the multiple stations is achieved, and possibility is provided for combined printing of various biological materials.
