Abstract
The invention discloses PVA supramolecular hydrogel and a preparation method and application thereof. The preparation method comprises the following step (1) or (2): separately preparing a polyvinyl alcohol aqueous solution, a 4-carboxyphenylboronic acid aqueous solution or a 4-carboxybenzene borate aqueous solution, and carrying out following step (1) or (2) to obtain the PVA supramolecular hydrogel: (1) mixing the polyvinyl alcohol aqueous solution, the 4-carboxyphenylboronic acid aqueous solution and/or the 4-carboxybenzene borate aqueous solution, and carrying out gelation molding to obtain the final product; and (2) independently or mixing the polyvinyl alcohol aqueous solution and the 4-carboxyphenylboronic acid aqueous solution and/or the 4-carboxybenzene borate aqueous solution andthen injecting the mixture into a mixing and injecting device, and then carrying out injection molding to obtain the final product. The PVA supramolecular hydrogel can serve as an injection material.The PVA supramolecular hydrogel can be used for drug packing and delivering, tissue engineering or tissue repairing, and the tissue repairing is preferably cartilage tissue repairing.
