Abstract
The invention relates to a culture medium for carpinus putoensis embryos, which comprises the following raw materials: a WPM salt, an MT vitamin, a BA (benzyl adenine) which is 0.001mg/l to 0.1mg/l, an inose which is 50mg/l to 150mf/l, a gelrite which occupies 0.2 percent to 0.4 percent of the total weight of the culture medium and a cane sugar which occupies 1.5 percent to 4.5 percent of the total weight of the culture medium. The pH value of the culture medium is 5.0 to 6.0. The process for tissue-culture and rapid reproduction by using the culture medium comprises the following four steps of: the collection and selection of explants, the cleaning and sterilization of seeds and the adoption of emryos, the inoculation and culture, the subculture and root induction and the culture of transplants. The invention can obtain carpinus putoensis regrowths in large volumes by the method of tissue culture and rapid reproduction, thereby saving the unique germplasm resource of the earth. The invention also discloses a method for an excellent culture medium and rapid reproduction of seedlings to the society and lays a foundation for further research of carpinus putoensis and exploration of a new biological engineering.
