Abstract
The invention belongs to the field of material surface engineering, and discloses a pure nickel surface laser cladding composite coating and a preparation method thereof. The composite coating comprises the following the elements of, in atomic percent by mass, 20%-46% of Ni, 10%-38% of Mo and 20%-45% of Si, and involves a reinforced phase consisting of MoNiSi, Mo6Ni5Si2, Ni2Si and Ni31Si12 and a gamma-Ni toughening phase; and the preparation method comprises the following steps of grinding and mixing Ni, Mo and Si powder, grinding and cleaning the surface of a pure nickel substrate, coating the obtained mixed powder on the surface of the pure nickel substrate to prepare a pre-coating layer. The preparation method is simple, the process controllability is high, the obtained composite coating is fine and uniform in tissue, the average hardness of a cladding layer is effectively improved, the maximum hardness is up to 1016 HV, the toughness is good, the brittle fracture of the cladding layer is reduced and the anti-deformation capability of the substrate is enhanced, and the composite coating is used for surface modification or repair of the part.
