23 Jul [PTMC-GA]-[PLLA-GA] block polyester capable of adjusting degrading rate and preparation method thereof
Abstract
The invention belongs to the technical field of macromolecular materials and in particular relates to a [PTMC-GA]-[PLLA-GA] block polyester capable of adjusting the degrading rate and a preparation method thereof. The [PTMC-GA]-[PLLA-GA] block polyester provided by the invention is prepared from the following steps of: under the action of a catalyst, firstly, synthesizing a PTMC-GA prepolymer from two monomers: TMC) and GA; and then performing ring opening polymerization on LLA and GA by taking the PTMC-GA as a macromolecular initiator. The number-average molecular weight of the block polyester is 5.0*10<4>-4.5*10<5>g/mol, the tensile strength is 25.2-52.4MPa, and the elongation at break is 70.7-236.5%. The toughness of the block polyester is greatly enhanced, and the block polyester has the degree of crystallization of 20% above, and has relatively high tensile strength. The polyester prepared by the method has an excellent mechanical property, good biocompatibility and a regulatable biodegrading period, and has a wide application prospect in medicinal material fields such as artificial bone bodies, scaffolds for tissue engineering and interventional medical apparatuses in biomedicine.
