Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide titanium or titanium alloy which has biocompatibility, and which supports biologically active substances which can be utilized as a biological tissue alternative material, an artificial dental root, an artificial bone, antithrombogenic material and a system engineering scaffold which accelerate biological tissue restructuring. ;SOLUTION: Alkali treatment titanium or alkali treatment titanium alloy is obtained by coprecipitating protein and calcium phosphate in calcium phosphate supersaturated solution to support the protein on the titanium or the titanium alloy.
