Abstract

The invention discloses a protein peptide crosslinked membrane for inducing differentiation of epithelial tissue; the protein peptide crosslinked membrane is made by: using Oreochromis mossambicus skin as a raw material, preparing collagen via an acid method, preparing collagen peptide by an enzyme method, and mixing the collagen, the collagen peptide and a crosslinking agent in the ratio, by weight, of 1%:0.1%:1% to 1%:0.5%:2% in 1 part by volume of purified water, allowing reaction at room temperature for 1.5-3 h, and performing the steps of drying, washing, secondary drying and sterilizing. The protein peptide crosslinked membrane has porous surface, the pores are distributed evenly, the protein peptide crosslinked membrane is tolerant to water and heat, benefits the quickened adhesion and growth of epithelial cells, and is applicable to skin wound healing and cell tissue engineering culture.
