Abstract
A process for preparing the porous scaffold in tissue engineering includes such steps as hot die pressing of polylactate copolymer for shaping it, putting it in the high-pressure (3-30 MPa) CO2 gas, mechanical saturating while spraying the polar solvent into the expansion chamber for 1-120 hr, quickly releasing the pressure to generate a lot of CO2 cavities, and post treating.
