Abstract
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an in vitro method for preparing an artificial tissue, to provide an artificial tissue obtained by the method, and to provide an artificial tissue for partially or fully increasing, restoring, or replacing the functional activity of a damaged tissue or organ.SOLUTION: The invention relates to a method for preparing an artificial tissue comprising: (a) adding a composition containing fibrinogen to a sample of isolated cells; (b) adding an antifibrinolytic agent to a product obtained from the step (a); (c) adding at least one coagulation factor, a calcium source, thrombin, or any combination thereof to a product obtained from the step (b); (d) adding a polysaccharide composition to a product obtained from the step (c); (e) culturing the isolated cells inside of or on the surface of a product obtained from the step (d); and (f) inducing the nano structure of a product obtained from the step (e).SELECTED DRAWING: None
