Abstract
The production method of transplantation material for implantation operation of living body corneal stroma ring (ICR) includes the following steps: 1. preparing biological support; 2. separating and culturing living body corneal stroma cell, and 3. preparing corneal stroma cell-biological support composite material and preparing corneal stroma tissue; and also can include step 4, implanting the composite material obtained by step 3 into living body corneal stroma plate layer so as to obtain nascent tissue engineering corneal stroma tissue. The corneal stroma tissue can be implanted into periphery of living body corneal stroma to increase thickness of cornea for curing ametropia.
