Abstract

The invention discloses a processing mold of a directional freeze-dried tissue engineering scaffold. The processing mold of the directional freeze-dried tissue engineering scaffold comprises a mold body. A forming cavity is formed in the mold body. On the mold body, the inner wall of the forming cavity is provided with cold source input stations and supporting stations except for the cold source input stations, the cold source input stations are made of heat-conduction materials, and the supporting stations are made of heat-insulation materials. When the processing mold is used, a solution is injected into the mold, and low temperature is transmitted into the mold through the cold source input stations. As the supporting stations except for the cold source input stations are all made of the heat-insulation materials, the solution in the mold is cured from the cold source input stations to the other directions in sequence, lines in the same direction are formed, the formed scaffold is provided with thinner microchannels for guiding growth, and the microstructure of the scaffold is more similar to the real neural structure. The function of guiding nerve growth through the lines is achieved to the best extent.
