It uses cell engineering technique to separate and purify skin fiber forming precursor cell. And its manufacturing includes the following steps: separating fiber forming precursor cell from 9mm<3>-21mm<3> skin tissue; culturing it to form fiber forming cell after purifying; breeding to 4*10<7>-8*10<7>. The formed cell transfer culture times are not over 5. The formed own body fiber forming cell can be used in cell transplantation of curing female incontinence and removing wrinkle and pitting scar. After it is transplanted to dermal layer, its reparation is nature physiological type, and not happen side effect of immunological rejection.
