23 Jul Process for preparing antibody able to precisely recognize difference between cells
Abstract
A prepn. method for new antibody capable of accurately identifying the difference between cells includes establishing ‘natural’ immuno-tolerance and the immune mouse two steps. The prepared multi-claned antibody can accurately identify tumor cell or endothelial cell of tumor tissue blood vessel, and produces no cross-immunoreaction with normal cells. Use of this invention to connect with the cross-bred tumor tecnique or the gene engineering technique, can obtain in great quantity the unique high-specific antibody to be directly used for purifying bone marrow in curing leukemia and diagnosing and curing various cancers and transfer of cancers.
