Abstract
The invention discloses a process for manufacturing a tissue engineering scaffold and the tissue engineering scaffold prepared by the same. The process comprises the following steps of: constructing a female die by using a micro manufacturing technology, turning the die to obtain an elastomer die of polydimethylsiloxane, pouring a biodegradable material solution into the elastomer die, performing freeze drying to form holes, stripping to form single layers of the scaffold, and stacking and fixing the single layers of the scaffold to obtain the tissue engineering scaffold. The surface of the single layer of the prepared tissue engineering scaffold is provided with longitudinal and transverse staggered vascular net passages and cell holes formed at the longitudinal and the transverse staggered positions of the vascular net passages. The die is prepared by adopting the polydimethylsiloxane, the biodegradable material is used as a scaffold material, and the tissue engineering scaffold is constructed by combining the micro manufacturing technology with the traditional hole forming method, so that high porosity of the scaffold is kept, the molding precision is well controlled, the molding effect is good, the processing efficiency is high, and the yield is high; and the tissue engineering scaffold has simple structure which is enough to meet the purpose of realizing the transformation from artificial tissues to natural tissues.
