Abstract
The invention discloses a printing material, a preparation method of a scaffold for tissue engineering and the scaffold for tissue engineering. The printing material contains an oil-soluble high polymer material, an oily solvent, a water-soluble bioactive material and water. The preparation method of the scaffold for tissue engineering comprises the following steps: Step 1, preparing a water-in-oil emulsion, and transferring the water-in-oil emulsion into an ink cartridge for a 3D printer; Step 2, carrying out modeling pretreatment on the scaffold for tissue engineering through CAD software, carrying out hierarchical slicing on the three-dimensional model of the scaffold for tissue engineering, and setting printing parameters of the 3D printing equipment; Step 3, carrying out three-dimensional low-temperature printing to obtain a preform of the scaffold for tissue engineering; and Step 4, naturally volatilizing a solvent in the preform of the scaffold for tissue engineering so as to obtain the scaffold finished product for tissue engineering. By the utilization of the water-in-oil structure, direct contact between a growth factor and an organic solvent is avoided and activity of the growth factor is enhanced. By natural drying for removal of the solvent, activity of the growth factor is further maintained and shrinkage of the scaffold for tissue engineering is avoided.
