Abstract
Provided is a printing material, a bone tissue engineering scaffold loaded with stem cells and a preparation method of the bone tissue engineering scaffold, wherein the printing material includes an oil-soluble high-molecular material, bioceramic powder, an oily solvent, a water-soluble bioactive material, water, an emulsifier, hydrogel and seed cells; the components are used for preparing a printing ink I and a printing ink II, the printing inks are transferred to an ink box I and an ink box II in a 3D printer, the printing ink I and the printing ink II are extruded, printed and molded by a nozzle I and a nozzle II of the 3D printer, and the bone tissue engineering scaffold is obtained. The bone tissue engineering scaffold has the advantages of good physical compatibility, biological activity, dimensional stability, solvent removability, synchronous loading of the seed cells and the like, widens the range of materials treated by three-dimensional printing from room temperature to lowtemperature, and has wide application range.
