Abstract
The present invention relates to bone tissue engineering material technology in biomedicine engineering field. The injectable bone-repairing hydrochlorinated chitosan/calcium phosphate material is prepared in a ternary dispersed system of chitosan hydrochloride, beta-disodium glycerophosphate and calcium phosphate and through hydrochloration of chitosan and the mutual reaction between the hydrophobic phases in the solution. The present invention has the advantage of temperature sensitive sol to gel conversion, which is realized via controlling the mutual reaction in the injectable chitosan/calcium phosphate sol-gel conversion. The optimizing of components leads to the injection application for in vivo in-situ formation with strengthened bone tissue imitating degree, and injected skeleton material is suitable for bone re-constitution and convenient in clinical application.
