Abstract

The invention relates to a self-assembly nanomicelle based on a positive ion type amphipathic polymer and a preparing method thereof, and belongs to the field of biotechnology and tissue engineering. The preparing method of the self-assembly nanomicelle based on the positive ion type amphipathic polymer comprises the steps of under inert atmosphere, adopting an ionic liquid as a reaction solvent, in the presence of a catalyst, adopting a cellulose quaternary ammonium salt derivative as a graft main chain, grafting polycaprolactone on the cellulose quaternary ammonium salt derivative to obtain an amphipathic polymer, and initiating a self-assembly behavior of the amphipathic polymer in an aqueous solution under an ultrasonic condition so as to further form the nanomicelle. The preparing method of the self-assembly nanomicelle based on the positive ion type amphipathic polymer has the advantages that a QC-g-PCL polymer is prepared by adopting a homogeneous system, the obtained product has good biodegradability and good biocompatibility, and can be self-assembled to form the positive ion type nanomicelle in the water solution.
