Preparing method of scaffold for tissue engineering used for myocardium repair

Abstract

Provided is a preparing method of a scaffold for tissue engineering used for myocardium repair. The preparing method comprises the steps of adding chitosan powders into an oxidized graphene aqueous solution, and uniformly stirring the mixture to obtain emulsion; dropwise adding glacial acetic acid into the emulsion, and stirring while dropwise adding until the emulsion becomes clear and transparent to obtain a thick solution; continuously stirring the thick solution for 12-48 hours, and afterwards, slowly pouring the thick solution into a die; putting the die loaded with the thick solution under a temperature condition of minus 80 DEG C, freezing for 24 hours or above, and then putting the die in a vacuum freeze drying machine which is prefrozen for 4 hours or above to be subjected to freeze drying overnight so as to obtain the scaffold for tissue engineering. The scaffold prepared through the preparing method is beneficial to conduction of electrical signals among cells, which is because that the oxidized graphene has a very strong ability to conduct electricity and is capable of providing a medium for the conduction of the electrical signals among the cells, and the scaffold is more beneficial to signal conductions among myocardial cells when the scaffold is applied to myocardium tissue engineering; according to the preparing method of the scaffold for tissue engineering used for the myocardium repair, a cross-linking agent which has cytotoxicity is not adopted, and the prepared scaffold material has no cytotoxicity.
