Abstract

The invention discloses preparation of a self-assembly polypeptide nanofiber hydrogel support material carrying human umbilical-cord wharton-jelly mesenchymal stem cells. The invention also disclosesa tissue engineering material for carrying human umbilical-cord wharton-jelly mesenchymal stem cells, and the tissue engineering material comprises the self-assembly polypeptide nanofiber hydrogel support material. The self-assembly polypeptide nanofiber hydrogel support material is hydrogel of RADA16-1 polypeptide. The self-assembly polypeptide nanofiber hydrogel support material is clear in composition, stable in performance, free of toxicity and good in biocompatibility, can provide a reliable micro-environment for culturing the human umbilical-cord wharton-jelly mesenchymal stem cells, andhas good application prospect in the research of synthesizing the human umbilical-cord wharton-jelly mesenchymal stem cells through the tissue engineering material.
