According to the preparing device and the preparing method for the tissue engineeringscaffold with the specific form and structure, a 3D printing titanium alloy method is adopted for manufacturing an auricle scaffold, a preparation is made for later improvement of a current common microtia outer auricle re-construction surgery manner, the auricle scaffold manufacturing complex steps are greatly simplified, the surgery difficulty is lowered, the surgery time is shortened, and generation of complications is reduced; through the 3D printing manner, titanium alloy materials are printed and manufactured into a solid model, so that the solid model is firmer and higher in precision;and meanwhile, the engineering scaffold is of a grid structure, the model is zoned on the basis of the structure and the size of the normal auricle, and adjustment on the shape, density and other aspects of different areas is convenient.
