Abstract
The invention relates to the technical field of tissue engineering, in particular to a preparation system and a preparation method of a tissue engineering skin. Quality uniformity and stability of batches of products can be improved, and conditions are created for large-scale production and application of the tissue engineering skin. Defects that a mixing process of cells and collagen is basically completed through manual operation, the batch processing amount is small and the mixing uniformity and stability of the cells and the collagen are difficult to guarantee in the prior art are overcome. The embodiment of the invention provides a preparation system of a tissue engineering skin. The preparation system of the tissue engineering skin comprises an agitating device, a mixing container, a cell culture solution supply device and a cell supply device which are respectively communicated with the mixing container, and a control device, wherein the control device is used for controlling the cell culture solution supply device to fill cell culture solution into the mixing container and controlling the agitating device to be turned on and off.
