23 Jul PREPARATION, RAW MATERIALS, PRODUCT, AND APPLICATION OF PHOTOCOUPLED SYNERGISTIC CROSSLINKED HYDROGEL MATERIAL
Abstract
Provided are preparation, raw materials, a product, and an application of a photocoupled synergistic crosslinked hydrogel material. The material is prepared by: dissolving a component A, a polymer derivative modified by an o-nitrobenzyl light trigger in a biocompatible medium to obtain a solution A, and dissolving a component B, an amino-containing polymer derivative or a double bond-containing polymer derivative or a fluorenyl-containing polymer derivative in the biocompatible medium to obtain a solution B; uniformly mixing the solution A, or adding the solution B thereto, to obtain a hydrogel precursor solution; irradiating the hydrogel precursor solution with a light source, such that the o-nitrobenzyl group in the component A simultaneously generates an aldehyde group/ketone group or a nitroso group under photoexcitation for double crosslinking, achieving a synergistic crosslinking effect. Further provided are a kit for the preparation of the hydrogel, as well as applications of the hydrogel material for use in tissue engineering, regenerative medicine, and 3D printing and as a carrier for cells, proteins, or drugs.
