Abstract

The invention discloses a preparation process of a medical tissue engineering scaffold. The process includes: constructing a master die through a micro-manufacturing technology, then conducting die turnover to obtain an elastomer die of polydimethylsiloxane, pouring a biodegradable material solution in the elastomer die and performing freeze drying to form pores, carrying out die release to form scaffold monolayers, stacking the scaffold monolayers and performing fixation, thus obtaining the tissue engineering scaffold. Surfaces of the scaffold monolayers are provided with vascular network channels arranged in a crisscross pattern and cell holes disposed at the crisscross positions of the vascular network channels. As polydimethylsiloxane is employed to prepare the molding die, the biodegradable material is adopted as the scaffold material, and the micro-manufacturing technology and a traditional pore-forming technique are combined to construct the tissue engineering scaffold, high porosity can be maintained in the scaffold, and the molding precision can be well controlled, also the molding effect is good, the processing efficiency is high, and the yield is high. The product has a simple structure, but is sufficient to realize the purpose of transformation of artificial tissues to the natural tissues.
