23 Jul Preparation process of Cr-Al-Ce-Y thermal protective coating on surface of titanium and aluminum alloy and penetrant thereof
Abstract
The invention belongs to the technical field of metal material surface engineering and in particular relates to a preparation process of a Cr-Al-Ce-Y thermal protective coating on the surface of a titanium and aluminum alloy and a penetrant thereof. The invention discloses a penetrant formula which comprises penetrated elements Al, Cr, Y2O3 and Ce2O3, catalysts AlCl3.6H2O and NH4Cl and filler Al2O3<->. The invention also discloses a preparation method of the coating. The preparation method comprises the following steps: grinding a test sample with abrasive paper, cleaning the test sample withethanol and blowing the test sample; then preparing the penetrant; then filling a crucible with the dried penetrant; burying the test sample in the penetrant; sealing the crucible; then putting the sealed crucible in a high-temperature resistance furnace for diffused penetration; and finally, cleaning and drying the test sample to obtain the coating. The Cr-Al-Ce-Y thermal protective coating prepared by the process is good in binding force and uniform and compact in tissue, and solves the technical problem that the thermal protective property of the titanium and aluminum alloy is poor. The preparation process of the coating is simple in used equipment, convenient to operate, stable and reliable in process, low in cost and easy to implement.
