Abstract
The invention discloses a preparation process of a bone biological material. The preparation process comprises the following steps: weighing a compound containing calcium ions and a compound containing phosphorus ions as raw materials according to the stoichiometric proportion of corresponding elements in the general formula of Ca3(PO4)2, dissolving the raw materials in a diluted hydrochloric acidsolution, and adding a complexing agent after full dissolution to obtain a mixed solution of the raw materials; slowly mixing the mixed solution, stirring the mixed solution at the temperature of 40to 90 DEG C for 2 to 4 hours, standing, and drying to obtain a fluffy precursor; placing the precursor in a crucible for calcining to obtain a powdery calcium phosphate bone material. The preparationmethod is simple, and the energy consumption is lowered. The prepared product has high bioactivity, and can be used as a bone tissue engineering or dental material. The material prepared by the methodis easy to collect, is environmentally friendly in the operation process, is free from pollutants, and is suitable for being popularized and applied in the industry.
