A cell scaffold based on natural nanofibers for tissue engineering is prepared through immersing the natural fibrous material in solvent, ultrasonic decomposing to obtain natural nanofibers, cross-linking with natural high-molecular solution to become gel, pre-freezing, and freeze-drying.
