Abstract
The invention discloses a method for preparing carboxymethyl chitosan and its application in the tissue surface engineering, preparing PLA, PLGA microballoon with clean surface by using the surface active and biocompatibility possessed by carboxymethyl chitosan which is used as a new surface activator; when used as tissue surface modifier, it can modify the blood vessel cell shape and tissues among cells.
