Abstract

The invention concerns tissue engineering, biomaterial, orthopaedics and tranmatology fields. The invention utilizes the homologuous bone after fixed by formaldehyde to process bone transplantation material for clinical bone defect rehabilitation. The preparation of the material mainly comprises drawing materials, removing formaldehyde, removing grease and protein, drying and disinfecting, which can be showed as follows: 1.drawing adult corpse bone specimen being fixed by 10% formalin over 6 months 2.flush trimming soft tissue 3.flushing bone tissue surface by water 4. cutting it to bone granules or bone strips 5.dipping them into deionized water for 24 hours 6. dipping to SS solution(mixture solution of 5%-15% sodium bisulphate and 1%-3%sodium hydroxide) for 48 hours 7.flushing by deionized water then dipping for 24 hours 8. dipping to 20% hydrogen peroxide solution, with temperature being 38íµ for 24 hours 9.removing filtered articles by centrifugation 10. conduct ultrasonic degreasing for 12 hours 11. digesting by 0.5% parenzyme for 12 hours, the temperature being 37íµ 12.centrifugating 13.repeat step 8 14.centrifugating 15. repeat step 10 16. vacuum drying 16. sterilizing by radiation 17.getting finished product.
