Preparation method of ultra-small-particle-size hydroxyapatite nano-materials

Abstract

The invention relates to a preparation method of ultra-small-particle-size hydroxyapatite nano-materials, in particular to preparation of spherical nano-hydroxyapatite materials. According to the preparation method, polyhydroxyl of polysaccharide and water molecules form a structure similar to a molecular cage by the aid of hydrogen-bond interaction, water and reactant ions are limited in a tiny area, so that limited range of forming process of hydroxyapatite is achieved, and particle sizes are controlled. The preparation method is simple and practicable in process, low in cost, environmentally friendly and suitable for industrial mass production, energy is saved, the prepared hydroxyapatite nano-materials has 4-20nm of ultra-small particle sizes with neat shapes, and the hydroxyapatite is high in biological activity and has wide application prospects in bone tissue engineering.
