Abstract
The invention discloses a preparation method of a thermo-sensitive sol-gel transformation material. The preparation method comprises the following steps of: dissolving or dispersing sericin powder into distilled water to prepare a sericin solution; dissolving chitosan powder into a dilute acid solution to prepare a chitosan solution; dissolving or dispersing sodium glycerophosphate into distilled water to prepare a sodium glycerophosphate solution; and under ice-bath stirring, mixing the sericin solution, the chitosan solution and the sodium glycerophosphate solution according to a volume ratio of 30:10: (2-1):18:2 for more than 20 minutes so as to obtain the thermo-sensitive sol-gel transformation material. The thermo-sensitive sol-gel transformation material prepared by using the method disclosed by the invention can be kept in a liquid state for a longer time at a temperature below 20 DEG C, can be quickly transformed into porous gel under the condition that the temperature is 37+/-5 DEG C and the large-scale physiological pH value is between 6.9 and 7.45, can be arbitrarily shaped along with moulds, is appropriate in hardness, and is expected to be used for tissue engineering scaffolds.
