Abstract

The invention provides a preparation method of a stent material applicable to urethral repair and reconstruction. The method includes the steps of firstly, preparing a large-diameter and high-porosity prepuce acellular matrix; secondly, preparing levofloxacin PLGA copolymer nano microcapsules, re-suspending the prepared microcapsules, soaking the large-diameter and high-porosity prepuce acellular matrix into the microcapsule solution, standing, and drying. The preparation method has the advantages that the waste prepuce obtained after circumcision is used as the raw material, the large-diameter and high-porosity prepuce acellular matrix is prepared by using the oxidizability of peracetic acid, and nutrient substance conveying, metabolic waste discharge and cell ingrowth are benefited; the PLGA nano microcapsules which can release levofloxacin in a sustained manner are prepared, the nano microcapsules are composited to the stent material to allow the stent material to have the antibacterial feature capable of constantly releasing the levofloxacin, the feature can lower the postoperative infection rate after the tissue engineering urethral repair and reconstruction, and accordingly the rate of failure, caused by urinary tract infection, of the urethral repair and reconstruction is lowered.
