Abstract
The invention discloses a preparation method of a stent for promoting directional growth and migration of osteoblast. The method comprises the following steps that parallelly arranged medical PLLA melt spinning fibers are used for preparing an orderly stent through a solvent bonding method, or medical PLLA sections are used for preparing an orderly nanofiber stent through an electrospinning technology, or the orderly stent is subjected to collagen and chitosan coating modification to prepare a composite orderly stent. The orderly stent has good osteoblast growth, adhesion, migration and proliferation effects, directional growth, adhesion and migration effects of the osteoblast on the orderly stent are presented, and the growth direction of the osteoblast is the orientational distribution direction of PLLA fibers in the orderly stent. The orderly stent has a good application prospect and can be applied to the field of bone tissue engineering such as osteoarthritis and bone repair of patients.
