Abstract

The invention discloses a preparation method of a silicomolybdic acid nanocrystal/polyvinyl alcohol composite film. The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) synthesizing silicomolybdic acid nanocrystals from sodium silicate and sodium molybdate used as raw materials through a hydrothermal method; (2) adding polyvinyl alcohol particles into deionized water, stirring while heating to obtain a polyvinyl alcohol solution, adding the obtained silicomolybdic acid nanoparticles into the polyvinyl alcohol solution, stirring, and performing ultrasonic treatment to uniformly disperse the nanoparticles so as to obtain a mixed solution; and (3) uniformly pouring the mixed solution onto a glass plate, and performing vacuum drying to obtain the silicomolybdic acid nanocrystal/polyvinyl alcohol composite film material. The silicomolybdic acid nanocrystal/polyvinyl alcohol composite film prepared by the invention has high mechanical property, and has potential application value in the fields of packaging materials, tissue engineering materials, filter film materials and the like.
